SHIPPING & PAYMENT
Orders are processed and shipped within in 24-48 hours upon receipt of order (excluding weekends and holidays). The shipping time stated on the order is from the time the order is actually processed.
Most orders are shipped via PRIORITY MAIL through USPS (2-3 day Priority mail is not guaranteed). Items shipped via PARCEL POST may take up to 9 days. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer. If you would like your order to ship EXPRESS please call in your order.
If your order fits and it is cheaper we will use a FLAT RATE box(es)*.
We will try to do our best to ship you order as economical as possible. Your credit card will be refunded for the difference.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ADDRESSES ARE CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. We are not liable for addresses input incorrectly.

CHOCOLATES & ITEMS THAT CAN MELT
We do not ship Chocoloates, Yogurts, Gummis and anything that might melt due to heat. In Las Vegas, the summer heat usually starts around mid-May lasting thru around mid-October. Items sent during this time will be at your own risk. Refunds will NOT be given for melted products.
Insurance is included in your shipping charge. We are not liable if your shipments gets lost or damaged in transit!
IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE CLAIMS DIRECTLY WITH THE POST OFFICE.
We DO NOT back order. If we are out of a product we will contact you to see if you want to wait until we can ship your order complete or see if you would like us to ship only the items we have in stock.
