SHIPPING & PAYMENT
Orders are processed and shipped within in 48-72 hours upon receipt of the order (excluding weekends and holidays). The shipping time stated on the order is from the time the order is processed.
- Orders between $0.00 and $50.00 will incur a shipping fee of $9.99.
- Orders between $50.01 and $150.00 will incur a shipping fee of $18.99.
- Orders over $150.00 will qualify for free shipping.
Additionally, please note that the $5 handling fee for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii remains in place.
Priority Shipping rates will be based on your location and will be displayed during check out.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ADDRESSES ARE CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
We are not liable for addresses input incorrectly.
ATTENTION: USPS is currently experiencing major shipping delays. Packages may take up to one month to arrive. Please note that these delays are beyond our control, and The Beef Jerky Store is not liable for any delays or lost packages once your order has been shipped.
We highly encourage you to protect your package by selecting Route Shipping Protection at checkout, when available. This helps safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

FROZEN PRODUCTS - SALES & SHIPPING POLICIES
Frozen product orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Orders received after 9:00 AM on Wednesday will be held and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
- Shipping Method
All frozen or chilled products must be shipped using UPS 2nd Day Air to ensure quality. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
- Delivery & Responsibility
Any person at your address may sign for the delivery. Please track your shipment and make arrangements for someone to be home at the time of delivery. If no one is available, UPS will return the package to their facility and attempt re-delivery the next business day. Since these items are highly perishable, product quality may be compromised, and we cannot be held responsible for any resulting degradation. - Order Changes & Cancellations
No changes are allowed once an order has been paid by credit card or PayPal. Order cancellations, deletions, or reductions must be requested within 6 hours of placing your order using the “Contact Us” form on our homepage. To increase an order, a new order must be placed separately.
- Unavailable Items
Items unavailable at the time of fulfillment will automatically be canceled. Your credit card will be credited for the merchandise cost plus applicable shipping charges, unless other arrangements have been made with customer service.
- Packaging
Frozen products are packed in sturdy cartons with a 1-inch Styrofoam lining and frozen gel packs for maximum temperature control. While we make every effort to keep products frozen, we cannot guarantee they will arrive in a completely frozen state. - Seasonal Restriction
We do not ship chocolate candies between April 1 – October 15 due to high temperatures. - Customer Responsibility
Please double-check your order before submitting. We are not responsible for ordering errors or incorrect shipping selections made by the purchaser.

GIFT CARDS

RAINCHECKS
Sorry, we do not offer rainchecks on out of stock items.
CHOCOLATES & ITEMS THAT CAN MELT
We do not ship Chocolates, Yogurts, Gummies and anything that might melt due to heat. In Las Vegas, the summer heat usually starts around mid-May lasting thru around mid-October. Items sent during this time will be at your own risk. Refunds will NOT be given for melted products.
INSURANCE
All packages will be insured. Orders under $100 are automatically insured. Orders valued above $100 insurance will be added to shipping accordingly. If you have any questions please call.
The Beef Jerky Store is not liable for any shipments that are lost or damaged in transit!

We DO NOT back order. If we are out of a product we will contact you to see if you want to wait until we can ship your order complete or see if you would like us to ship only the items we have in stock.
We do ship to APO & FPO addresses.
We DO NOT ship internationally. Most countries will not accept beef from the United States.

CRISPY BEEF JERKY LOT # 120418, 120518, and 010219. Purchased between January 10, 2018 between February 20, 2018.
